I’m taking a few days off from blogging. My son has tomorrow off because it’s a legal holiday here in Nevada. We celebrate the state’s birthday and my birthday on October 31st. Yes, Halloween. But because they coincide, the legal day off is the 27th. And my husband is leaving next Thursday to remodel a house in Palm Desert, California (assuming they put out the fires and open I-10.) So I want to spend all my time with him until then.
